Meet the team at MWB Business Exchange. They’re paid by us. But they work for you.

They’re all enthusiastic and supportive and passionate about what they do. They will help you get on successfully running and growing your business - We have the highest amount of onsite staff in the industry.

Here’s who they are and what they do:

Receptionist
They welcome your visitors, tell you they’ve arrived and offer tea or coffee if they have to wait. Receptionists can book couriers and a range of other business services for you, all at our discounted rates. Essentially, they are the initial physical experience your clients have of your business.

Switchboard operators
They answer the phone using your company name and put the calls through to you. Just tell them if you want your calls transferred to another number.

Service co-ordinators
They ensure the centre is working perfectly. On-hand and often your first port of call, they ensure that you and your clients are looked after during their time in our building.

Centre managers
They help with anything you may need from ensuring the IT and Telecoms are working properly to helping you move offices. When you have an issue just contact the centre Manager; they will ensure it gets sorted.

Facilities managers
They ensure that kitchens are well stocked, offices and toilets are always clean and that any necessary repairs or redecorations are quickly carried out.

Cleaners
There are day and evening cleaners. During the day, they clean the communal areas eg. kitchen, toilets, hallways and break-out area regularly with frequent inspections. The evening cleaners you may never see, but they'll leave your office sparkling clean for next day.

And the following are available on site as extras:

Secretaries & administrators
They can attend your meetings to take notes and write up minutes or provide general support such as photocopying or binding documents at busy times. Basically, they are available  for any administration support you need.

Caterers
They can provide meals or snacks throughout the day in your office or during meetings.
