When we have deadlines we often work until midnight and weekends, can we still get in?
Yes, access to all centres is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reception and switchboard are staffed Monday to Friday 08:30 - 18:00.
Can you take my calls when I'm out?
Yes, our fully trained team provides professional telephone answering services from 08:30 to 18:00 everyday from Monday to Friday.
Will your receptionists greet my guests?
Your guests will be greeted with a warm welcome by our fully trained centre receptionists, Monday to Friday, 8:30-18:00.They will offer them coffee while they are waiting Our centre team will also book meeting rooms, taxis, organise catering. Basically, they will manage whatever you need.
Can I get help to produce my documents and send faxes etc.?
Our staff are available to help you create the right impression to your clients. They can carry out a full range of secretarial and administrative services including word processing, filing, document preparation, mail shots, database creation and update, and corporate presentation materials.
What other business support do you offer?
We provide a choice of stylish, fully-furnished contemporary meeting rooms and conference facilities, complete with audio-visual equipment. Theyare available to hire by the hour or by the day.
All of our centres have kitchen areas including refrigerators, dishwashers, purified chilled water, tea and coffee. And café areas provide a comfortable breakout space for discussion or simply time away from your desk.
You will also find photocopying, laminating, binding and papaer shredding equipment. Simply pay as you use, and we’ll worry about the upkeep and maintenance. We also provide toilet and shower facilities, and many locations have on-site car parking.
All common areas and your own office are regularly cleaned, at least daily on weekdays, and we carry out thorough checks throughout the day to ensure our centres always meet with the highest standards.
Can I arrange a meeting room when I am visiting another MWB Business Exchange Centre?
Yes, meeting rooms and boardrooms can be reserved at all locations and are equipped with the latest audio-visual technology.
Can I use another MWB Business Exchange Centres when I travelling?
Yes. Each month you get three days FREE use each calendar month in any other MWB Business Exchange Centre. (Subject to availability).
Will my team be able to connect to their PCs together in an MWB Business Exchange Centre?
Yes, LANs and WANs are available through Category 5 structured cabling.

Do you offer video conferencing?
Yes we can provide video conferencing in many of our centres so that you can link to anyone, anywhere in the world using our expansive network of video conferencing facilities.
Can I move to a bigger office if I need to?
Yes, you can increase the number of workstations or office size at any time, subject to availability. Many of our clients grow considerably inside our centres.
Can I move to a smaller office if I need to?
Yes, you can downsize to a smaller office or move to a different MWB centre at the end of your contract, subject to availability.
I need an office in London but I also need prominent addresses in other cities, can MWB help?
Yes, we have many centres in London and we can also provide you with a service called a virtual office.
This service allows you to establish a presence at other MWB locations, without physically occupying office space. It includes telephone answering in your company name, with voice mail, fax handling and mail handling.
You can therefore have a presence in a number of cities, allowing you to test new markets and increase the size of your operation, but still save dramatically on your operational costs. Our staff become an extension of your business for a small monthly fee.
