Located in NE12 in Newcastle, North Shields, only four miles from Newcastle city centre, three mile from the A1(M) and four mile from the A19, Balliol Business Park East is superbly located to take advantage of all forms of transport. For public transport users the nearby Metro system offers excellent access to the city and much of the Tyne and Wear sub-region from the nearby Four Land Ends Metro Station (15 minute walk or regular bus shuttle), which also serves bus users.
